I didn’t think I would get a Burns Night supper this year – January has been a busy one, with a string of birthdays and curry dates scuppering my haggis-eating plans. However, some last-minute calendar flipping has meant that unexpectedly, tonight is free, so we’re having a Burns Night after all – hurrah!
